Assignment #5: Presentation 1 on Monday 07/09/2018 @ 1:30 pm.

Presentation 1 to include the following sections. 
  1. Title Slide 
    1. Follow instructions as provided on the presentation template 
  2. Project Description
    1. Brief description of your team’s project
  3.  Prime Design and Analysis
    1. In detail, describe your updated project specifications and functionality. 
      1. Show and describe your CAD designs, schematics, programming code, etc to showcase your prime design. 
    2. Describe how you designed your project to be low-cost, easily manufactured and assembled and maintained.
    3. Show and describe the theoretical analysis (hand calculations, FEA, etc)  you have completed on your prime design to ensure it can perform exceptionally.
      Note: Images and/or short video files are great tools for describing / showcasing your prime design.
  4. Rapid Prototyping / Prototyping Progress
    1. Describe and show what progress you have made to your project with rapid prototyping / prototyping. 
  5. Bill of Materials 
    1. Using the template, please describe your projects projected budget with a bill of a materials (BOM). 
  6. Project Schedule and End Goals 
    1. What do you need to achieve before June 26th, 2018?
    2. Include your team’s updated Gantt Chart here and explain.
  7. Ending Slide
Presentation guidelines to follow → 
  1. Presentation should be completed in Google Slides so the presentation can be "published" to your team blog spots!

    2. Please create a copy of this Google Slide document and save it in your own drive, then edit it accordingly!
  2. Please use Assertion-Evidence (A-E) method for your entire presentation. The template I have provided above in step 1 has been set up in A-E method, so please look at the notes in the template and follow them. Please read the following links to understand why A-E method is the best method when creating and giving presentations! This link http://www.assertion-evidence.com/tutorial.html will help you learn the key principles of A-E method, while this link http://www.assertion-evidence.com/templates.html will visually show you some examples of A-E slides. Remember: there should only be one assertion statement per slide in your presentation, followed by a picture that serves as evidence to your assertion statement. 
  3. Please maintain eye contact with your audience, and speak loud enough so the audience in the back of the room can hear you.
