Assignment #5: Presentation 1 on Monday 07/09/2018 @ 1:30 pm.
Presentation 1 to include the following sections.
- Title Slide
- Follow instructions as provided on the presentation template
- Project Description
- Brief description of your team’s project
- Prime Design and Analysis
- In detail, describe your updated project specifications and functionality.
- Show and describe your CAD designs, schematics, programming code, etc to showcase your prime design.
- Describe how you designed your project to be low-cost, easily manufactured and assembled and maintained.
- Show and describe the theoretical analysis (hand calculations, FEA, etc) you have completed on your prime design to ensure it can perform exceptionally.
Note: Images and/or short video files are great tools for describing / showcasing your prime design.
- Rapid Prototyping / Prototyping Progress
- Describe and show what progress you have made to your project with rapid prototyping / prototyping.
- Bill of Materials
- Using the template, please describe your projects projected budget with a bill of a materials (BOM).
- Project Schedule and End Goals
- What do you need to achieve before June 26th, 2018?
- Include your team’s updated Gantt Chart here and explain.
- Ending Slide

- Presentation should be completed in Google Slides so the presentation can be "published" to your team blog spots!

- Please create a copy of this Google Slide document and save it in your own drive, then edit it accordingly!
- Please use Assertion-Evidence (A-E) method for your entire presentation. The template I have provided above in step 1 has been set up in A-E method, so please look at the notes in the template and follow them. Please read the following links to understand why A-E method is the best method when creating and giving presentations! Remember: there should only be one assertion statement per slide in your presentation, followed by a picture that serves as evidence to your assertion statement.
